Bookings

Reservations are confirmed when our team replies with a confirmation on WhatsApp. Rates, availability, and amenities are set by each partner hotel and may change.

Payments

Payment is collected directly by the hotel via bank transfer, POS, or cash on arrival, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by hotel and are communicated at booking. Please notify us as early as possible to avoid charges.

Liability

Saint Rose Booking acts as a reservations agent. The hotel is responsible for the stay, facilities, and on-site services.
